Welcome to the program, just take each run slow and steady with the aim of completing each run and not trying to set speed and distance records.

When you hear, or read, the word run, think more of a slow jog, just plod along at a pace where you can hold a conversation without gasping out the words and that's ideal.

Never be afraid to slow down a little more, even if you are jogging slower than you can walk, it's fine.
