After a month of break, I’ve completed my first run of week 9 today. I didn’t think I could do it but I’ve managed to run for 30 minutes for the first time in my life and it felt amazingly great.
Before I couldn’t run for a month because I was struggling with the load of work and gloomy days. I don’t know why I forget how brilliant I feel when I run.
In addition to making strength running also helped me to know my surroundings better and I really enjoy listening to birds singing and the sound of river.
I am doing my runs with BBC app Coach to 5K. After finishing my last run I like to work on my speed. Is there any app for that?
Also, I moved to UK 5 years and half ago but my pronunciation still has major problems. Does anyone have time and interest to speak with me and correct my mistakes? I would be really grateful.

Congratulations getting to week 9, how fantastic to be running the last week at Christmas. When you finish post your run on the pinned graduation post and you'll get information on next steps. Merry Christmas
I can relate to this post so much as I have experienced exactly the same thing, I plan to complete Week 9 Run 3 and have to say I am immensely proud of myself for sticking with it over the past few months when I have been dealing with lots of personal stuff. So here's to graduation and loving running into 2020! Best of luck with Week 9 and just remember You Can Do This
