Went out and the streets were so slippy. So I went back to the red ash running track where my c25k journey began and got in a 5k. Merry Christmas to everyone of you 🎅🎅🎅🎅🎅🎅🎅🎅🎅🎅🎅🎅

Thank you it’s perfect weTher here quite mild with wall to wall sunshine a run would have been lovely but in an hour we will be at work playing and singing carols and having lots of fun, when i come home tomorrow i get 4 days off and so looking forward to getting out in the fresh air

Glad that you enjoyed your Christmas Day morning run this morning Buddy, I went a short walk with my neighbour's dog, didn't seem slippy at all but perhaps I would have noticed any slippiness if I had been running, enjoy the rest of the day.

PS. there was a excellent turnout at Drumpellier's first Christmas Day Parkrun of 320 runners.

The only other time that there were so many at Drumpellier was the 27th July, their first parkrun, considering that just two weeks ago there were only 98 runners and even last Saturday only 118, parkrun attendances do vary a great deal, enjoy the rest of the day with Buddy the dog and I think you mentioned to me that you would be going to see your parents later, I am now going to sign off and get ready to go to my daughters parents house for Christmas Dinner.
