Hi everyone - Excited to find a ‘free’ running program - looking forward to getting started. I used to run loads in my 20’s now I’m on my 40’s - need to kick my own butt & get active, #feeling-good #lookgood

Hi Binny

Congrats on starting today. Funnily enuf, I have just done the last run today. I was amazed on this course you can jog really slowly & make the jog last the set times e.g. I didn't run so fast I was exhausted. It's all very do-able. Enjoy the sense of freedom & gradually regain control of your body. I also lost 6.5 kilos on the programme but it took me 4 months as I took it really slow. Good luck & read the forum regularly.
