Christmas nails

Nothing about running, we are drowning in the south of england and with people off at work I’m working so many extra hours and coming home in the dark and wet but as it’s christmas I decided to break all the rules and paint my nails,

If they chip i will do them again it’s a rule that no one has painted nails and i make the rules lol but hey it’s Christmas!! and i am working most of it but off christmas eve and part of boxing day so hope to run those days

Very stylish & seasonal. Lots of flooding here also. Spectacular views over flood plain where River Adur burst its banks. Running on the South Downs with my son today so will take a few photos. Happy Winter Solstice ✨☃️🎄Have a great Christmas 🎅🎄& happy New Year ✨🎂🍷

Sunny & clear at moment but more rain forecast later. Will shortly be running up Truleigh Hill & along South Downs Way towards Devil’s Dyke. Have a great day & don’t work too hard! 😊👍

I get to go home in 4 mire hours been here since yesterday have a lovely run the sun is still shining and it’s not too cold, i’m west if you but know that part of the downs lots of photos please it’s a beautiful view
