To Parkrun or not to Parkrun?

This morning is my target Parkrun day. All ready, but with a sense of trepidation. Son home to cheer his old mum on....But, it’s torrential rain and 21mph winds on both of my local runs.

So I have decided to delay and go to the gym instead, am I a 🐓 Or just being sensible?
