Frosty morning Run

Should of worn ice skates instead of running shoes this morning. Worst run ever today but at least I didn't fall flat on my face.. Is there anything you can put on your running shoes to stop them slipping?

To be honest there was a few days like that when I was doing c25k. I just abandoned those runs as I didn't want to get injured . It's not worth it. 😊😊

No, but I Googled "running shoes for icy weather"those shoes came up, there were other shoes as well but they cost more than £100.
