A week after having to cut short my first attempt at wk6 run3 (25 mins non stop), I repeated week 6 and today completed run 3. Not easily, last few minutes kind of shuffled along but don’t care! I ran for 25 mins!!!

According to C25K app, I am now a runner🏃‍♀️

Thanks to this forum for all the encouragement last week, it really helped focus me 👍

Congratulations, yes indeed you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER by completing run 3 of week 6, onwards and upwards to week 7, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to.
