Pink face, but I'm a runner!

W6r3, 25 mins, towards the end I was thinking, recalling other posts, oh when does Laura say I'm a runner, is it not this one? And then she did. Was thrilled. It is amazing what can be done in 6 weeks.

Congratulations! That's so inspiring. I've just done W3R3 and am feeling nervous about what comes next, but you make it seem possible. Can't wait to be told I'm a runner too!!! Well done you, again x

that's really nice thanks. i felt the same at your stage. good luck for the next few weeks when you will hear it too!

I smiled from ear to ear when I heard that on the podcast. I said me a runner? It's a great feeling.

Well done.

Well done. You can listen to those podcasts when you're done. Though I think mixing and matching works well. ;-)

Thanks tinyrun, yes music or humourous film-related chat seems a good combo :)

Congratulations, I was very emotional when Laura told me that I could now call myself a runner. It's an amazing milestone.

ah yes, that felt like a biggy. for me what helps is trying not to think too much about what is involved, I just plod along looking at the scenery until Laura tells me to stop. I also say to myself it's just basically a (insert number of minutes) walk which I know I can do. I do go quite slowly - aiming to achieve the duration and then work on speeding up.
