Well today is W7R1... I will be running it later this evening, I did W6R3 Saturday and felt good. Seem to find it harder to run in the morning than in the evening.... think my legs need to warm up more in morning they feel so heavy too, anyone else feel like this when they do morning run? 🏃♀️. I will be doing my w9 runs Christmas 🎄 week.. 😁. So that will be Christmas present to me for achieving my goal.😁👍🏻Hope you are all still enjoying your running in this colder weather 🥶😀😘
