Just got back from this last run. 25 mins seemed a little daunting, but it was not 5 mins more than last week. I was due to run it on Friday, but have put it off until today due to dreaded “man flu”. I took advice and just ran through it as all the symptoms were above the neck. Still didn’t feel great, but I managed it at a decent pace. On to week 7! Can’t believe how quick it’s going and how much I was struggling at week 1. Hope your all having a marvellous Sunday!
