Hi Debston, it’s still very sore, but I’m doing the exercises and other stuff to try and sort it out. I keep coming here as I’m determined to get back to it, but I don’t want to push it too soon. Thanks for asking btw 😁

Running east towards the i360 was ok but running back was into the wind and rain. As you can see from the second picture there was one or two runners , literally no one else!
