I hated W7 the first time I did C25K, my legs were fine, but my brain was outraged having to keep going continuously! I remember the desperate conversation to avoid giving up..

Well just run for this music track ... and the next one ... etc 😂
I found changing route really helped me and only thinking about a little part of it at a time. I also used music and radio 4 podcasts to distract me.
It was much better by W8 - and better still when I had the sense to slow down a bit and make myself more comfortable. 😄

Well done! I was just the same, have completed c25k and found w8 and 9 hard. Still working at jog/ running for 30 mins and then building up to longer runs to hit the 5k. I know I’ll get there, it’s mind over matter. Keep going and focus on how well you’ve done. As a non runner I thought I was going to have a heart attack in w2 so 30mins is smashing it to me.
