Splurge on running accessories

I've just spent about £90 in the sales on kitting myself out for running in the cold and dark and I'm extremely excited for everything to arrive. I've ordered:

4 pairs of thick running socks

A pair of moisture wicking, wind resistant, touch screen enables gloves

A high vis, moisture wicking, wind and rain resistant, thin hooded jacket with thumb holes

4 hygge bands (buy one get 3 free)

A head lamp

A long sleeved, hooded, moisture wicking top with thumb holes.

Anyone else get super excited by running gear?

I tend to run in old t-shirts and leggings but getting a running belt a few months ago was one of the best moments of 2019 for me, no lie.

New running gear is the best!

And I think that now you're all decked out for winter, it's only right you do the same for the warmer weather in a few months 😂

I don't even know what a running belt is, but now I want one! Haha

I have a flipbelt and it's a lycra belt you put around your waist while you run. It fits my phone and even has a zip pocket for things like keys and other valuables. I can even put it in the wash in a laundry bag. I can't rave enough about it!

It also can fit things like passports so it's good for traveling.

I don't know what I would do without mine 😂

Hi I’ve been thinking about getting some winter running gear.... would you recommend any makes/shops?

All of the bits I've got are just what I could find with good reviews on Amazon, except the hygge bands. I haven't tried any of these things myself yet so couldn't recommend them!

Please post a pic of your jacket when it comes. Sounds ideal
