Maybe not the ankles ?

I’ve decided that the pain I was complaining about is not exactly my ankles - it’s the part of the foot either side of the Achilles’ tendon - the very bottom of the foot at the back and and the bottom of my calves. I’ll do some exercises tonight and give my feet a massage. This should help. Hope everyone is enjoying this winter sunshine ☀️

Ouch sounds nasty, you take care and get it seen too if it doesn't clear quickly. Winter sun is very welcome, hope it keeps peeping through for you, we are due a few yucky days in northern Scotland, but it makes the sunny ones even better. Happy running

Maybe get checked out...sports physio could be your best bet, for a diagnosis.

I only say this because what you describe is ringing a few bells for me..

I had an issue, and it was a tibialis injury.

We are not medical experts...but I would just go and see what is what.. xx
