...... when it’s 8 o’clock on Saturday and you’re smiling ear to ear as you scrape ice off the car saying “yes! its time for park run 😁” Parkrun is just genius, ridiculously enjoyable 😂
Bright sunshine, crispy frosty leaves and another so warm welcome at Parkrun.
Anyone hesitating, trust me, do it. You’ll be beyond glad you did.
Happy week running everyone

Enjoy! Let us know how you get on. There’s no sense of expectation, everyone just goes round how they like, some fast running, some walking, some slow run....it’s all good 👏
Well done, I had a frosty Parkrun too, beautiful sunshine and -1°C, according to my car. I did have a moment when my alarm went off when I just wanted to switch it off and go back to sleep but I am buzzing now and so glad I got out of my lovely warm bed! 😂
Ye as soon as I saw the frost instant good mood and fab run !! Went back to broken phone so had continuous music and apps went on my usual route and took ossie with me completely different to last two runs if I can keep the frost I’ll be happy 😃
Congratulations on running in the cold at your 2nd parkrun this morning, I also had a "ridiculously very cold - 5C enjoyable" parkrun this morning, I managed to get a sub 31 minutes time of 30.56, despite of what I was wearing my time was only one second slower than my PB back in September when I was only wearing a T shirt and shorts.
Thanks ☺️Remember, whenever you’re ready, it’s my turn to hold your coat like you did for me last Saturday 👏👏 I think you’ll like Parkrun. You’ll know when it’s the right time to check it out.
