Changing Avatar

I have been trying to change my profile avatar to a photo but keep getting error every time I try !

I can't remember the exact requirements but it only supports quite small file sizes, crop your pic and then try again and it still fails try resizing the file size to a smaller size. If that doesn't make sense do a screenshot of the pic, crop that and try again as screenshots are smaller files 👍🏻
