I was feeling a little hesitant about my run this morning because my last run didn't go so well. I ate well yesterday and made sure to drink more water. With this in my favour I decided new route, new playlist. Hydrated with a cup of tea and a couple of chocolate biscuits π Also decided to put the Strava on after I'd done my warm up to see how far I was actually running. New route - great. New playlist - pressed the wrong button and got 25 minutes of explicit rap...π ew! As for the run, it went great. I got in to a steady pace - probably the steadiest I've ever done and had more in the tank when it was time to stop. I really enjoyed this one. Took another photo or 2 - ran across this bridge fine (I'm scared of heights) but when it came to stopping and taking a picture of the beautiful view below - that was a different story. I did manage it but can't seem to download two at a time. Next time.....
Surprised too at how much distance we cover in our warm up and warm down. Strava tells me that I did 3.73km today - I'll take that!

That's a great photo 59er ...and get you??!! tackling your fear of heights and a cracking distance like that all on one run?!!! Sounds like you could've run forever...Biscuit power, works everytime!!!! well done! π€
Not sure about cracking my fear of heights! If you'd seen me trying to take the photo without getting too near the edge of the bridge. No matter how long the bridge has been standing I always think that I'm the straw that will break it's back - pitiful π€£
