W2R3 done 👍

After a disheartening run 2 I did run 3 this morning with no issues, back on track and ready for W3. Still feeling a bit intimidated by the longer run intervals coming up but as everyone keeps telling me I’ll take it slow and trust in the program 😀

So glad to know that you enjoyed running run 3 of week 2 far better than run 2, just like everything else in life, some runs are better than others, just hope from now on all your runs will be good, just take them all slowly, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, good luck. 👍 🏃🏾

Well done on completing the hardest 2 weeks. I made the same mistake of fearing the up coming weeks. There is no need to, just follow the advise from everyone on here, slow and steady, plenty of water and you will be fine, I have run 3 of week 4 tomorrow and loving it.

Good luck 👍

I’ve just finished week 4 and honestly I’ve found the longer runs better than the short stop/start intervals! Keep going, ur doing fab

Great your run was so much better. Don't worry about the next set of runs, each previous week sets you up for the next one . Well done you 🤗

Don't be intimidated. Simply see each new week as an opportunity to try something different, the possibility to see the difference your previous week's running has made. The longer you run for, the easier it is to find your rhythm. Just take it slow :)

You’ll have ups and downs and you’re not alone. The main thing is trust in the process. It really is addictive. Well done for completing week 2 on to week3 😊

Good to hear Well done

Do you stretch before the run? We're doing the same run tomorrow

Well done on getting week 2 done. 😍 Some runs are ‘better’ than others but for me all provide experience in some form. Good luck for week 3. 😊 Cx

Well done. You learn more than running on this plan, you learn a lot about yourself and your ability. Happy running

I run In the early morning and wake up needing to stretch before I cam move much 🙂 after that the 5 minute brisk walk usually gets me limber and ready to go. It’s Spring here so the mornings are perfect for a run, I go at around 5.30 and have the streets pretty much to myself.

6 runs in already! You're doing great.

I remember being scared by week4, then week 5. Somehow I made it, and I've no doubt you will too!

rigpig, i am still one week ahead.....i have found week three felt good (hard but good) as everybody says slow down and you will make it. The benefits are great!
