Beautiful bright day today. New week so I figured I needed something new to listen to. No more podcast. I needed something up lifting to keep me going. Punched out a new playlist on Spotify and a few suggestions I'd forgotten about - the wonder of Spotify! Started off really well with Simon & Garfunkel which saw off 5 minutes, no problem. I felt good, and lengthened my stride. I wondered if perhaps I was going to peak too early but felt so good I sang along to a song I hadn't heard for a while (only a few words at a time - let's not pretend I wasn't huffing and puffing). I was at last feeling like I could run and that it wasn't purgatory 😂 I was actually enjoying it and feeling great. Roll on W7R2 - I'm a Believer!

Yes, I was wondering when that feeling would come. I've been on the I C for nearly a year so it's been tough getting back to this point. It does always help when the sun is shining though. Hopefully it'll be all downhill from now on in!😂
