Has anyone else suffered with aching knees? They don’t hurt as such. I’m guessing it’s that they are not used to this running malarkey

Hi MInsy , I go by the stereo theory , if both legs feel the same its an ache . If it's only on one side it could be an injury ? Everything aches a bit today though !

Okay..how much non impact exercise are you doing on some of your rest days Your legs, arms, back etc etc all need to build up along with those legs
Head across to the Strength and Flex forum...try the knee exercises and also take a look at the other pinned exercises posts.

Yessss! I have found using knee supports when running & use of Voltarol rubbed on afterwards on my knees has helped a lot in the early stages of the runs ... good luck 🍀
