Day was very squeezed time wise so decided only time for the run was in the morning before Pilates class. Thought Pilates would be good for cool down stretches too.
Well I completed the runs OK but against the clock was a bit of a mental strain. Pilates fine too but now feeling totally tired out. Don’t think that was a good plan!
I realise that mental prep is important to my runs so need to be less harassed for the next ones. Onwards...

Mental preparation is really important, but you know what, sometimes life doesn't give us that luxury. I've had a day at work that's been really full on, got home and got out to run and found it hard going.
But, you still did it and got through it, which is a win. Well done for sticking at it!
I admire you for getting out there after a tough day at work 👏. It’s a challenge at the end of a full- on day to gather that energy. Well done to you too.
Pleased that I did it and the last bit into town was amusing dodging the mobility scooters and walking sticks 😂.
