I didn’t really feel like running today I’m full of a cold and just feel rubbish but I told myself I need to go so I did and I feel great now after my run 🏃♀️ I will do this

👍👏You will indeed! Amazing how running clears a stuffy sinus and head. Drink lots of water too. Very helpful at the best of times but more important when you 🤧

I did my first run of wk2 on Saturday. Was quite pleased that I managed more than a minute of running (well jogging in my case). Keep at it. You’re doing well

Well done on competing that! It is not easy to go out when you are not feeling great.
Do be careful if it starts to get chesty, as buddy said, anything below the neck then rest up or you can make yourself a lot worse. 😁
