Sorry if this is a duplicate, last attempt seems to be forever uploading.

I thought I had figured out how to mark laps on my Apple Watch (double tap on face) but something didn’t go quite right. Never mind, there was nothing wrong with the run, good average heart rate, towpath not too crowded for a Sunday morning, and I had enough oomph to up the pace in the last minute of the run.

I was listening to a great new podcast called ‘Toksave’, about languages and cultures in the pacific. Fascinating, and a great way to get some education “on the run”
