Thanks will do, just so pleased to have done a run. I was comfortably completing 5ks before the pneumonia so been devastated not to be out running

The full name of that Scottish Ferry Company is "Caledonian MacBrayne" it's name is shortened to Calmack, they operate ferries on the west coast of Scotland.
