Sorry you must have all thought ld got lost 😂😂 but had to go in early to work and have only just had the time to write up my run.

Well l did it 4km in 35 mins it was a very emotional final graduation run. Beautiful morning the sky was awash with stars and it was a spectacular sunrise. Just me and my man MJ and my play list.

Put my play list on shuffle as usual and first up was Ain’t no stopping us now couldn’t have planned it better 😂😂😂

No creeky 10 this morning just delight and feeling thankful that l was out there doing it because l can.

My emotions got the better of me towards the end as I watched the sunrise to a great track by Tokio Myers called Pursuit of Happiness. My triumphant end came with my brisk cool down to “Bring me Sunshine “ yep Morecambe & Wise 😂😂got to love it makes me smile every time and finally “I will Survive “ so my shuffle just about got it right.

This had truly been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in doing this program and l have also so enjoyed all of your company support and words of wisdom all have been taken on board and some are now mantras.... slow and steady 👍😀

I have never stuck at anything all ways giving up before the end and have been beaten by the goals l have often set myself but this time l finished what l started. I knew l would ,the support on here had been invaluable and l thank you all.

I’m going todo a park run on Saturday I’ve decided just to see what it’s like to run with other😉.

I plan to consolidate with just repeating W9 until after Xmas and in the holidays make a new goal and plan for the spring.

I shall continue to hang around here if that’s ok as l enjoy the banter.
