W9R1 - headwind coming AND going?!

Today I swear I had headwind both directions! Following Laura’s instructions I was taking it really slowly anyway, since it was my very first 30 min run for 4 years or so.

And ... it went fine (of course! Trust the process!)

Oh it's so tough when the wind just seems to be constantly against us, but it almost makes the rewards even sweeter when we've beaten nature too! 👍🏻💪🏻😁
