Rain and drizzle was an obstacle, however once I got going all was fine.
Not quite quick, rather slow(very) and steady, in hindsight could have managed 3k.
All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed the run.

Speed is not important. The fact you enjoyed the run absolutely is. Well done 👏 👏👏
What a great run, rain and all! Only 2 more runs until graduation - how exciting 😊😊😊.
Slow and steady... that is just perfect...it will get you exactly where you want to be safely and enjoyably!" Fast enough to get there, slow enough to see".
Well done you!
Well done !And slow and steady is the best way to develop your strength and stamina .
See you at the finish line (Or is it the starting post 🤔) 😁
Well done to you! 👏🏃🏻♂️🎉
Thank you,Reading your posts, you are truly inspirational.
Nice one. Pace comes later, if you want it to… for now you are doing this perfectly, and you’re into the last lap with the crowd cheering. See you on that podium!
Thank you Unfitnomore. At W1R1 I was somewhat sceptical initially and not confident particularly around the W4 mark. With progress of weeks all this gradually ebbed away. All the encouragement on this platform and "Yasmin Evans" via my ear piece has proved benefitial.
I aim and hope to be able to carry on enjoying the Runs post graduation.
Well done and enjoy the final runs of the program. 👍🏽😀
S'funny the way you look at rain differently. If it's raining - then it's not freezing, too.Nearly there - but then - that's just the start.
Well done! You've done 30 mins!!! I wouldn't worry about speeding up. Give yourself a pat on the back - you deserve it. Worry about speed further down the track!I just finished w8r3 and am really excited about running 30mins on Monday.
