Great you've started the plan. Be careful as you go through not to miss any more bits of it though. It is written as it is for a reason. Include the warm up and cool down walks. Have a look on the strength and flex forum for exercises to do on non run days
GM32...I was amazed to learn that at week 6 of couch to 5k my cardio has really improved but, bones and ligaments are at about week 2. Take care not to skip. Enjoy. X
Welcome back! I would give some thought as to why you fell off the treadmill last time round... Looking at your posts it seems like it was difficult to establish a regular routine. Might be worth working on that; a bit of running discipline perhaps.
