Morning everyone

I ran this morning and hadn’t ran since Tuesday of last week for a variety of reasons. Boy could I tell I had left it 5 days 😩 however that’s it done now and I won’t leave it as long again! Hope everyone running today can enjoy the sunshine I enjoyed today!

Well done.

A five day gap is not going to affect your condition but our mental attunement to running does get out of kilter if we do not run regularly.

I can imagine that and felt that today!

Well done. You got out there and smashed it so don’t worry! Any run is a positive run 👍🏼 It’s a beautiful day for it ☀️
