Wk 6 r1 rehab run

I found this run tougher with the walks between runs than running for 20 mins!

Pleased to say I've no hamstring pain and loving getting back into running after 3 months out.

I'll do w6 r2 of 2 x 10 min interval runs then go onto wk 7,8 and 9. I haven't followed the programme as I did when I initially did this programme before I graduated but it's been great to get back into running after my hamstring tear 👍

Souns like it's going well - that must feel great after three months off. A modified version of C25K is a great way to come back after a long injury; I recently did the same and really enjoyed it.
