That's it I finally made it. It feels great to have met the challenge and passed it.
I wont say its been easy but with the support of this forum and help with niggling pains etc i have done it ππββοΈ
The final run today was one of my worst as well lol. I ran a 5k on Tue and I think I had not fully recovered so really felt the 30 mins today.
My next goals are to keep running and increase it just 5% per week. Having read a lot since I started I think 5% at 51 is a good steady increase.
I would be nasty to pick up an injury and end up back at the start π€ͺ
Thanks again to all those who personally assisted me on my journey. You all deserve a π

Thanks for the info and support.
I actually ran 5k on Tue but was too tired to get to 37.5 mins today so stopped at 30 mins.
I can't see anything on right side. I only use my phone so maybe that why.
I will switch my phone to desktop view π
Edit- I just posted there now. I could see the links in desktop mode on my phone. π

Lol just fixed my post heading.
In my excitement to post I missed the letter D in graduation out!
Probably because I feel like an A class student now not a D π€£π€£π€£
