1st wet run - and no Laura!😳

It was W4r2 this morning - dog was ready to go at 5.40 - took me a good bit longer! Tried again to find podcast from Laura but my phone’s lost week 4 and I can’t seem to download it... is it there?

On Monday for r1 I went with Sanjeev and birdsong which was really rather nice, this morning I was more organised and had best running album yet on play - Florence &The Machine, Ceremonials album - brilliant!!! I enjoyed this mornings run so much I hardly noticed the rain, poor dog was like a sponge by time we got back ( must look into lightweight coat for her). Not sure how I’ve dodged the rain up to this point but that was my first wet run - ridiculously proud of my muddy, soggy gear hanging up at home😆

Good runnings all! 👍

Sounds like a fantastic run even in the rain. Like you I’ve been lucky with weather, only 2rainy runs since I started on 8th August. Who would have thought it was possible to tun so often and stay dry. Hope you find Laura again. Happy running

Think my running jackets so dayglo it keeps the rain at bay... most of the time! Laura’s there for week 5 - thank goodness! 😁 good runnings 👍

Running in the rain is great, so long as you are warm!

Yup! It was a revelation as had been dreading the wet runs!😁

Sounds like you had a ball! Wet running isn't nearly so bad as it sounds (unless - like me - you have glasses, then it can get a bit blurry and steamy 🤣). Tech fails are one of the necessary evils of running, it seems - but you clearly coped well!

Yeah it was a great way to start the day! I think I can cope with most tech failures- so long as the fitness tracker doesn’t pack in😳imagine... all those wasted steps😱!!!!
