It was quite a bit warmer today than it was on Monday and soo humid!

I've left my Asics at home as I thought I was only going to be running in the gym so I'm running in a pair of Skechers that I bought for everyday walking, I'm a neutral runner but these don't provide me with as much support as the Asics do.

Not a great picture, that's the view from the road outside the hotel at 5.55 this morning.

I headed out for a short 2 miler this morning, aiming for a 25 minute run, it was a hard one with the temp and humidity level but that's another run under the belt, it did take me a couple of minutes extra to complete it as the heat was just draining

I'm not sure if Friday will be any cooler than today but I'll head out and see how it goes.

Happy running everyone.

You're right the heat / humidity can be energy zapping. But you did it you got out and ran . You'll be glad of a nice cold run when you're back home. 😊

Well, it will certainly be cooler when you get back! Meanwhile, soak up that sun & warmth while you can, and store it for gradual release on your return to base. 😎 well done for an outdoor run!
