An amazing thing!

W6R3 Done! 6 weeks ago I could hardy move. Since doing this course I have amazed myself with every run. This time something different happened. After W6R2 I had 4 days off so was very apprehensive about completing today’s. It was raining and that didn’t help, however, I ran. I ran and ran and ran for 25 minutes without stopping. When Michael Johnson said to speed up for the last 60 seconds, I did. When he said slow down I actually wanted to carry on. I absolutely did not think I could be a runner, now, I think I might just be.
