Moving onto week 6

I'm at week 6! It feels incredible.

I have the day off today. There is something luxurious about going for a run at 8:00 a.m. instead of my usual 5:00something a.m. on a weekday. It's nice!

I really felt the second run. Really felt it. I have started doing some new weight exercises on other days and yesterday was my first day of a new routine, so I suspect that's why some of my muscles were a bit tight. I'm a bit sore but it's not too bad, more that my muscles are reminding me they exist.

I'll do some foam rolling later today.

Great effort. Make sure you do plenty stretches along with your strength training. There is a good NHS runners stretch site. Good luck
