I graduated in April 2018, just before my 50th. And then stopped. Life got in the way. So, with my next annual health check looming in January, I decided that I liked the fact that last years health check saw a marked improvement in my fitness levels compared to the previous year and I want that feeling again! I’m back on it and have decided to start from the beginning. Wish me luck! 😊 🏃‍♀️

Welcome back alikayV! - & good for you! 😄

Enjoy redoing C25K- it’s a much more relaxing and enjoyable experience second time round for many people! 😄

You are not alone repeating the program. I am currently on W4 after a long time on the IC with back problems, (not running related).

Happy scampering!😄
