Hi.... I am going to have to start doing more road running now the days are shorter which means the dog will need to be on the lead....can anyone recommend a dog lead to use while running( the ones that give you the use of your arms and hands back🙈) I have had a look on Amazon but always value personal recommendations . check out k9trailtime and k9 sport,both excellent.i have 1.5 mt (parkline lenght) bungee leads and they have a traffic handle. it is a zeroDC one.you can change the clips to personalis as they are not sewn on.

lots of info on their sites and always use harness as damange can be caused running off a collar.
