How amazing is this. After my nervousness last week over starting week 2.

I have just completed W2R1. Hoorah. And yes I was running to fast, slowed myself down loads today

I can conquer the world

It's a great feeling isn't it when you complete something you were dreading? Just keep taking it slow and steady, your only aim is to complete each 'run', speed isn't a concern, neither is distance.
