After thinking I could just do a 5k park run with no previous running and about killed myself. I decided to do couch to 5k. I’ve done my first run on Friday and going back out 2day slowly and surely . My goal is still to run a 5k park run x

You've made a great decision. Just go slow and slower again if needed and make sure you're drinking plenty water about 2-3 litres per day and not just on run days. C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊
