Wow, I still can't believe I did it, but am I the only one wondering why do many of us started around the same time? Something in the air perhaps?!

we always have around 40-50. then there is an increase about 9-10 weeks after the London Marathon (this increase) there is also an increase after New years day (resolutions)

you are right there I saw c25k mentioned after the London marathon never heard of it before but never felt that running wad for me before I started. Now lost 10 kg and come off bp tablets 😊 all within the 9 weeks of c25k.
