Another walk day, going to give the hip the weekend to recover. Weather definitely changing up here the rain has never let up.

For Parkruners tomorrow, good luck, depends where you are running, Scotland except for the very south and south east England dry, cool in Scotland, however, large parts of England, especially the North West and Wales the weather experts say that as much as 50mm of rain or more could fall, expect a lot of puddles, there is an Severe Amber weather warning in force for South Wales.
