3.1 was actually easier than 1.1! However Hove seafront was wet and wild today! Cold wet hands though, still, roll on Sunday!

Well done 😃👍. Yup, it’s getting colder. I was walking the dog early doors and wishing I had gloves

What a great place to run

Well done for doing it in that weather, although I find running in rain quite exhilarating.

Whatever you think before setting out, no run in this program is harder than W1R1! You'll be amazed what weather you'll be happy to run in 😀

It is a great place to run - lots of people to see/avoid - however today was very quiet - only one or two brave dog walkers and a couple of "proper" runners. It was quite exhilerating and I did feel proud of myself afterwards!

You are getting the runner mentality of getting the run done whatever the weather! Well done! ✅🎶

We left the seafront alone today as wind was picking up, about 6 miles from where you ran, it’s nice and wide along there, it’s a bit narrow our way with cyclists coming up fast behind but i still love a run along by the sea

good run you had, r1w1 always the hardest and you are building strength and stamina with every run

I start at King Alfred, set my sights on the i360 and set off! I’ve found it much easier than I feared - it’s just getting out some days!

It won’t be long before you can’t wait to get out and run and won’t spring be great? sometimes we start at Lancing and run to Shoreham and back mostly we run round a track in a park

back in the summer we ran one along the seafront with teen grandson and when we got back we stood in the sea it was bliss lol
