Low tide so the beach was still wet. A beautiful day, 7km, nice, refreshing and peaceful.

There's nothing like it..............

That's looks like a great place for a run. Well done on the 7km.

Beautiful.... Sounds like a fabulous run
7K... wonderful!

Looks and sounds gorgeous. So jealous; I find running on sand very hard on my knees.
Actually Maddee I am the opposite. A while back I sprained my ankle jumping on top of a wave to body surf and landed awkwardly. I must have pulled a ligament. A few weeks later I had enough and started walking, then running. When I walk along the footpath it still hurt but running on the beach does not hurt. Movement ? Soft ground? Go figure π. I keep the lace a bit loose and I am fine. I just get a bit swollen and a touch sore once I am back walking on concrete and wearing "flip flops" but it is not a problem. So for me sand is better for comfort and a hard surface is better for timing
that looks lovely! well done!
