Welcome to the forum.

There is no need to fear C25K. It is a gently progressive way to condition your body to regular running again.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Enjoy your journey.

I hope it goes well for you 😊

So glad you are through treatment. πŸ‘πŸŽˆ If you were able to get through the chemo side effects this program will seem like a walk in the park in comparison!! Look up Japanese slow running on YouTube. It has helped me get through the program! Enjoy your first interval run. Let us know how it goes and we can cheer you on!

Excellent decision!! Welcome Aboard!

It’s a very gradual program Lb sure you will enjoy it. The Japanese slow running is well worth looking at. Do let us know how it’s going. πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸŒ
