Week 8 run 3

Did it but boy was this hard! My lower back and hips were a little painful today. Hoping this is due to the fact that yesterday’s rest day included a hike round the beautiful lock Muick . Thinking of a couple of rest days before I tackle the big one!

Well done.

Lower back pain may be a symptom of poor core strength, which can be often cured by planks and bridges.

Couple of rest days are good sometimes hope the aches go soon

Also good for core look at Adrienne does yoga for ... on you tube, targeted core for backs and hips

Take a few days rest and add in some core strengthening and keep doing it on your rest days. You did it you've now finished wk8. Well done you 😊
