Late last night I reached the minimum sponsorship then today I reached the target on Just Giving so have increased the target for now hoping for lots more yet as half marathon is not till March 2020. So today went out and had a little run of 4 miles in just over 40 minutes a bit quicker than Saturdays one by seconds but who cares. Ten minute miles I am pretty happy with that.

Well done!

By the way, you might want to put this on the Marathons forum.

You will get more as you will be more relaxed and practiced.

Similar to learning to run again! 😁
