Running with the dogs as a distraction

So I have recently re-graduated, and have been working on just doing 30 minute consolidation runs.

In other news, I have been dog-sitting for a friend for the past week, and I really hate the idea of being inefficient (or in other words I am too lazy to head out twice) - so I take them both with me on my runs. And boy can they be distracting! Seems that my friends dog just really loves doing laps around my dog in an attempt to get the leads as tangled as possible.... But oddly it seems that this has been working in my favour, as I am not so focused on watching the time, and have even managed to increase my pace (only a little bit though!) So it seems the mental hassle is worth it :P

Love the photo and I have a soft spot for Rottweilers as my sister previously had one and he was the biggest gentle giant you could ever meet. Anyway glad you enjoyed your run with your dogs😊🐕
