That was hard going, started off much too fast, but on the plus side I slowed down and kept going, could have done with some water, does anyone carry water with them

Great you got out on your first consolidation run. Try and keep it slow as you did throughout c25k . If you're drinking 2-3 litres 7 days a week you shouldn't really need any water when out running. But it's up to you. Well done 😊😊

I usually carry a small fruit shoot size bottle, has just enough for my run (250ml/350ml). Then I have a big glass when I get home. I have some nice leggings with pockets on the side of my thighs and I don't notice the bottle tucked in there as it's smaller in size.

Well done, I sometimes take a bottle but find sloshing of water in bottle as I run quite off putting. I always need water immediately after a run.
