Graduated twice on C25k and on my way through for my third time with Michael Johnson. The ladies call him Mr Smooth.

Notice he even had Gabby saying Ba-Tonn for the relays in Qatar.

It’s funny if you have chosen him,I feel you know him when watching the telly.

Maybe it’s because I have used him on the programme twice.Must say Laura is great also and her post grad podcasts for me just great also.

Enjoy your journey.

👊💥🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️⭐️⭐️👏👏

So happy to know that you enjoyed rerunning run 1 of week 4 of C25K for a third time, are you rerunning all of the runs 3 times a week as if you never ran before or are you like me who after a short break from running during the winter restarted at week 3 and then just ran each weeks run once?

As for me I have now ran 7 Parkruns, 6 at Dunfermline, the other at Coatbridge, Drumpelliier Country Park where I got a PB of 30.55, I think I also told you that I have now ran 3/10Ks around Broadwood Loch Cumbernauld, my best time being 69.23.

Good luck with your rerunning of C25K for the third time, you won't feel too nervous about rerunning run 3 of week 5, good luck to you for that run

Regards

Alan

PS, by the way, for the first time ever I saw a picture of me running at Dunfermline parkrun, its on that parkrun's Flikr homepage, it's at number 5, I am the guy on the Nike Running Cap, belt, beard, dark shorts and blue running shoes. Lol, be prepared for a shock, scary picture. 😢😂

No its a still photograph, Oldfloss saw it this morning when I told her where to find it.

Go to the Dunfermline Parkrun Homepage, scroll down to where it says Flikr photos, press or tap that, better on a laptop, so click the Flikr link, you will see many pages of photos, go to 5, that way you should see me in a still photo, blue shoes, the ones I bought in Glasgow.

I just started today and chose the comedian Sanjeev Kohli - I thought I might need something to make me smile, haha!

It’s funny you should say that Tbae , I feel like he’s my friend when I see him on telly...you’ll be a smoothie when you’ve finished, like me 😉...it’s great you’re going round a third time, you must like it, I think it’s a really good idea to cement something you already know x

Hope you are going to throw that cold off quickly.

Gargle with aspirin as recommended by your friend, think I heard that before.🤔

Got little option but to build up from scratch but looking to go very quick initially and then I am going to do the marathon next year.
